[OpenLayers-Dev] Firebug IE9 and OpenLayers 2.11

Hi,

It seems that lib/Firebug/firebug.js no longer needed and causes problems
with IE9 (see http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/changeset/12152, can do
something similar but in lib/OpenLayers/Console.js?)

Can be stop using the "/lib/Firebug/firebug.js" file and switch to using
http://getfirebug.com/firebuglite#Stable?
