To describe the situation in more detail. The vectors originally matched up
with a Landsatt 7 image, and were all referenced into WGS84. I reprojected
and converted the vectors to EPSG:4326 and GML using GDAL to upload them.
I'm now overlaying them on a NASA WMS and there's a noticeable
mis-alignment. This may well be a hiccup in my methodology, but I would
think in this case a bandaid might be useful...
