[OpenLayers-Users] IE8 not showing the move cursor during pan

In the website[1] I'm working on right now, whenever you pan the map your cursor
will change to the "move" cursor (four arrows) if you're using IE6, Chrome, or
Firefox. Unfortunately, the cursor does not change if you're using IE8. I expect
this is a problem with my JavaScript, since when using IE8 on OpenStreetMap.org
the mouse cursor changes properly during a pan.

I've made sure that the theme files and the OpenLayers.js are the most recent
stable versions (2.9.1). I've also tried turning off all the SelectFeature
controls just in case there was some interaction, but it didn't help.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
