[OpenLayers-Users] Why popup behavior is different in vector and marker?

Default popup for marker never overlays the marker, however default popup for
vector overlays the feature.

In the second one I changed the code to an especific "lonlan" (as they do in
the first example) to compare with Marker, here you are, the result:
