[OpenLayers-Users] OL 2.12 and Image layer flicker

I saw there was a possible fix for this problem in the ticket. I wanted to
ask if you suggest to use this fix or to stay with OL 2.11 and the old
solution. I mean, is it safe to use the fix, or better to wait until it is
further developed?
