[OSGeo BC] Where in BC?

While the main meeting was naturally focused around Vancouver and  
Victoria, I offered to help rally the troops in the interior and/or  
more northerly locations.  Anyone who is on the list and NOT in the  
lower mainland or the Island, please speak up.

I highly recommend we add our location beside each of our names in  
the list:

I took a first crack at it and added locations of people I knew  
already. :)
