The osgeo4w-setup.exe and setup.exe are the same file (setup.exe is just a
soft link to osgeo4w-setup.exe for backwards compatability).

I would note that the wiki.osgeo.org pages on OSGeo4W are outdated and you
should primarily refer to materials on http://osgeo4w.osgeo.org/ (the trac
pages).
