[osgeo4w-dev] Unattended install

Hi Jeremy,

On the server I notice there is a setup.ini as well as setup.ini.bz2. 
Perhaps both need to be present?

Another option for unattended install is with apt command line installer 
(http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/pkg-apt). It doesn't do everything 
that setup.exe does, but so far works well enough for what I've thrown 
at it.
