[osgeo4w-dev] python modules

Quick question regarding OSGeo4W.   What is the best/preferred way to
install python modules within OSGeo4W?  For example, I use QGIS 1.7dev and
tried to install the QGIS plugin "Fast SQL Layer."  It could not install and
returned that python module "pygments" must be installed.  Doe sOSGeo4W come
with a python module installer, or something similar?   Thanks.
