 Is there anyone that made grass7 working again in his system by replacing
 the sqlite3.dll from OSGeo4W with a different one?

 If yes, than probably I've more that one sqlite3.dll in my system and one
 of them blind the right one (and I've to try again on a clean win
 installation).
