[Live-demo] deegree script for installation

Thanks Cameron,
for svn commit. And thanks for the links on how to do it myself.

As there is still another two weeks to get minor things fixed, I will be
able to talk to some of my colleagues to get the script to work properly.
They were all out of office on Friday.
