[Live-demo] which version of PostGIS on OSGeo-Live? What apps will be effected?

PostGIS 2.0 would be great. PostGIS 2.0 is ok for Mapbender.

To support the old functions without st_ we could load the legacy.sql
file which will restore the old functions.
