[OSGeoLive] review of checklist

Thank you Jody for your guidance!

While reviewing our incubation list with Jody last night I realized that we
have a problem with our wiki. Information is there but scattered around and
not easy to find. It was suprisingly difficult to locate the licensing
information etc.

Lets try to address those issues today (Bonn Code Sprint still goes on,
luckily OSGeoLive members are still in the venue until tomorrow)
