[pdal] Bathymetry Support

Hi Andrew,

I'm sure you'd get some interested parties if you post to the MB-System mailing list.

I'm a hydrographer by training but have only ever used commercial applications. If time allows this gives me more incentive to get an MB-System install to play around with some data.
