[pdal] Reading asc or txt files

I would like to read asc or txt files into a pdal pipeline. The files are
structured with columns X Y Z Nx Ny Nz. Using txt2las from LAStools, I can
convert the files beforehand and then read them with "readers.las," but I
lose the normal vector information and also am curious if there is a way to
do this in pdal.
