[pdal] Rotational Matrix Calculation from Quaternions

Hi,

Is it possible to calculate the rotational matrix from the quaternions
using the PDAL from bash line. If so, can anyone please guide me how I can
calculate the rotational matrix from PDAL. My data is in csv format.
