[pdal] how to change the data type of an attribute(or field) when exporting the las file

Unless you use extra bytes, the LAS format does not support this, as the
data types are fixed.

If you use extra bytes, you can use the 'extra_dims' option to choose the
type of the output dimension.

You should read the LAS specification for details.
