[pgrouting-users] Adding bike routes to database

Hi,

I have some bike routes data that I would like to insert to the 'ways' table
in my pgrouting database.
For routing using the added routes, do I need to run assign_vertex_id again?

Also, there are existing streets where the bike routes would be added, would
this be any problem?
