[pgrouting-users] error on routing_dd.sql

Hi Jules,

In your terminal window run

bash path/to/create_template.sh

Because I only used this on Ubuntu/Debian so far, you need to check if your
OS lets you run commands as super user with "sudo".
If you're working as root user you can remove the "sudo" from the script.
If you get permission errors you may need to allow access in ph_hba.conf.
