Simplesmente, uma lástima!
Como é que se comenta e se publicam reviews destas sem sequer ter
experimentado as funcionalidades mais básicas do software. A sensação com
que fico é que o autor em causa nem sequer abriu o QGIS (veja-se nas tabelas
de comparação onde o autor nem sequer savbe se o qgis tem ferramentas de
pan, zoom in e zoom out).
Pergunto mais ainda, como é que este senhor, que me parece não saber puto de
GIS, sendo editor de uma revista, publica um artigo chamado GIS matters.
Primeiro ha que saber o que é SIG, e quais as suas metodologias. Depois sim
aparece a questão do software (se é ou não mais fácil de utilizar, etc...)
Se colocar um puto de 10 anos em frente ao QGIS já com uma shape carregada,
cheira-me que ele demorará 5 segundos a descobrir o pan e zomm in e out.

Daqui se vê a qualidade que a revista terá, neste e em todos os outros
assuntos que aborda.

O QGIS é maquinão, mas isso já todos nós o sabemos ;)
