Magnus,

Well there is a redirect in place that redirects doc into documentation.
I suspect the file is just not there anymore and we (Kevin or Mark) has
to revise our build to build the pdf version moving forward.  

Paul or Kevin or anyone at Refractions - you happen to know where the
old .pdf is now?  I assume its still valid to keep it since it is part
of the current release until we have the kinks worked out in the
automated build process.
