[postgis-devel] PostGIS 1.4 and PostgreSQL 8.4

I'm getting ready to build a custom install of PostgreSQL 8.4 and
PostGIS 1.4 for a locked down gov't 32bit vista installation.
(Normal installs will not work due to access restrictions).

PostgreSQL binaries (postgresql-8.4.0-1-windows-binaries.zip) were
downloaded from http://www.enterprisedb.com/products/pgbindownload.do
PostGIS binaries (postgis-pg84-binaries-1.4.0.zip) were downloaded from
http://postgis.refractions.net/download/windows/

In looking at the /bin for the PostgreSQL 8.4 install and comparing to
the PostGIS 1.4 binaries,
both  /bin directories contain libiconv-2.dll , but they are a different
size.

PostgreSQL			PostGIS
947KB				905KB

There have been installation issues posted before about libiconv.dll.

Which is the correct dll to use??
