 Under VCC perhaps we could use the pre-compiiled libxml2 binaries?
 Incidentally, I switched to libxml2 2.6.32 and things "worked" but I think
 that's because I ended up with a static compile instead of a dynamic one?
 How did you tell?

 (Update, maybe not, depends.exe reports my postgis dll still depends on
 libxml2-2.dll.)
