Ah never mind about postgis_comments comment -- forgot postgis_comments.sql
was in the 1.3 build as well and this is a diff so could be right.

I am upgrading the pkgsrc entry for postgis and finding the following
differences from 1.3.5.  Are these all expected?  (PLIST is pkgsrc's list of
the files the package is supposed to install, in this case tuned against
what 1.3.5 does.)

(I'm also having some minor packaging issues about $libdir substitution in
the loader script, so I can't report on how gmake check does yet.)
