 Yeah, I had a feeling I may have missed a few combinations of NULL/non-
 NULLs since the code has quite few different paths. Thanks for the test
 case - I'll use these to work out what's going wrong, and work up a new
 version of the patch.

 And yes - I haven't touched any of the other aggregates yet, but the
 principle should be broadly the same.
