 Removing the ifdef stuff didn't help.  I think Bryce is probably right --
 we might have to put the links back in raster and postgis separately.

 I'll give that a try next and see if that fixes things.  Anyrate that if
 def should be removed since we don't support anything lower than 8.4 on
 2.0 anyway and last time we support 8.2 I think was in 1.4
