[postgis-devel] 2.2 Discussion (a)

Hey devs,
I'd like to talk through getting 2.2 out in a reasonable time frame, that means

(a) identifying the major pieces of work we individually hope to have
in the release
(b) agreeing on a feature freeze date
(c) committing to work our particular ticket lists, triaging in
particular and closing what can be closed

Can we start with (a) today: what pieces of development do you hope to
include in 2.2?
