For users using PostgreSQL EDB distributions, installers for PostGIS 2.4.4
bundle for PostgreSQL 9.6 , 10 both (32 and 64 bit) are now available.

The bundle includes PostGIS 2.4.4, pgRouting 2.6.0, GDAL 2.2.4, ogrfdw 1.0.5

I'll have installers for PostGIS 2.3.7 coming next.

You can download these via Stackbuilder or

Direct download --

10 - https://download.osgeo.org/postgis/windows/pg10/

9.6 - https://download.osgeo.org/postgis/windows/pg96/

For users using older versions of PostgreSQL who would like to use PostGIS
2.4.4 (or any of the aforementioned extensions), I will not be building
installers for lower versions of PostgreSQL for 2.4.4, but you can download
binaries from the PostGIS windows downloads page in the experimental
section.

Note if you are having problems installing via StackBuilder (e.g. you get
some SSL error during download or it just hangs),

you'll probably need to upgrade to the 10.3-2 , 9.6.8-2 versions first
(even if you are running 10.3 already, you need 10.3-2 (10.3-1 is not good
enough)

I would like to give a big thank you to all the folks who have contributed
funds to my packaging efforts via my Patreon account.
