I just noticed we voted to remove the change log and I think we were all +1
or 0

and the instructions on How to release don't even cover building a changelog
though I recall they did before.

 

So marking this motion officially passed and I will go ahead and drop the
change log from repo before 3.1.0alpha1 release today.
