3.7.0 dev version issues

Hi Regina.

I have tried the newest dev version of 3.7 (refer to my previous post on
Monday).

The issue with my PG 19 server not starting after copying over the files
into the folder that had PostGIS 3.7 installed with the exe (I am on
Windows) still remains.

Could you look into it?
