 I'm going to close this out since the primary issue of it pointing at old
 docs is corrected.  I'll also add to the HOW_TO_RELEASE docs to update
 this alias link to latest stable. If you feel strongly about changing path
 to postgis.net/source, please chime in and I will bring the topic up for
 vote.
