 As part of applying an OS patch (Linux), there includes upgraded from
 Postgres 9.1 to 9.2 and PostGIS from 2.0 to 2.1.

 Immediately after installing the patch, while trying to access one of our
 database tables, we received an error message stating "ERROR: could not
 access file $libdir/postgis-2.0": No such file or directory".

 Have you seen this before?  Why would a database upgraded with PostGIS 2.1
 extensions be trying to access a PostGIS 2.0 function?
