Comment(by robe):

 We should decide on name evidently also proposed ST_XSize, ST_YSize,
 ST_ZSize admittedly that is clearer and has the niceness of not being a
 breaking change (e.g. ST_Width and ST_Height would overlap with raster
 thus possibly in some cases resulting in ambiguous if people don't cast
 their text based geometry representations.
