 pramsey at a quick glance, looks like raster tests usually avoid
 outputting the raster probably for this reason.

 What I can do is rewrite the tests to do dump out the raster as an array
 using ST_DumpValues.  Since I'm working in this area anyway not too much
 trouble.  Is that okay with you.
