Comment (by gdt):

 Perhaps cgal should be asked to clarify that "use of data structures" does
 or doesn't include programs that talk SQL to a pgsql db with postgis/cgal.
 If that doesn't resolve favorably, perhaps cgal should default to off, and
 be recommended default off for packaging.
