 I'm trying to reproduce this now but I can't.
 Guess it depends on the fact that what the "restore" phase does depends on
 what's available on the system. Now that I cannot reproduce I have
 "default version" of tiger_geocoder_extension being "2.3.0dev". Will get
 back to 2.2 series as a second attempt.
