 This I think is a yum.postgresql.org packaging issue which Devrim is aware
 of.  I'll keep it for now just in case someone comes by to complain about
 same issue and close once it's fixed in yum.postgresql.org

 FWIW I have tested on CentOS 6 the yum.postgresql.org packages and
 installs fine, though postgis_sfcgal is not included in that version
 presumable because the boost available in EPEL is too old.  So this looks
 like a RedHat 7 specific issue (not all yum versions)
