 While translating PostGIS 2.3.0dev Manual in Transifex,
 I noticed that 'old' translation texts from, like, 3 years ago are
 reapplied over my 'new' translation.

 Might be the error of Manual Webpage auto-update Makefile? Does not check
 if there are new changes, just push any xml.pot file to server? Maybe,
 maybe not, 'cause I still don't understand how the 'old' files from server
 can be backrolled in Transifex.

 Please make sure that this does not happen again.
