 For some reason Node 17 (N17) is expected to be found already visited
 while it isn't.
 Funny is that N17 is actually expected to be visited during scan of P1,
 but P2 is printed first.
 So I guess before pgsql 9.6 the execution order was: scan P1 first, P2
 second; output P2 first, P1 second. This is what I tried to do with
 changeset r14878 but evidently wasn't working.
