 It's about time I upgraded anyway so not a big deal.  Just wondering if it
 would be an issue on other platforms.  I have cmake 2.8.11 and first
 message I get out of the gate is:

 CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:7 (cmake_minimum_required):
   CMake 2.8.12 or higher is required.  You are running version 2.8.11
