 time I compile.

 It might not be every time I compile.  Perhaps its only at certain times.
 Just tried recompiling and it didn't autogenerate.  I'll monitor this more
 closely.  For recent patches I've had to make changes to files in
 liblwgeom / lwgeodetic.c, lwgeodetic.h

 could that be triggering something?
