Comment:

 Tell yah what  we probably can't fix this for PostGIS 2.4, but given that
 all the views source is stored in information_schema.views.view_definition

 I think we might be able to at least in future provide a function people
 can run to generate the drop and recreate of views affected.  The tricky
 part is that views often depend on other views so they have to be loaded
 in order.
