 As you have most all of the tools to make valid OGC geometries - I would
 assume it would be non-trival but better if you were able to follow v2 of
 the specification. However, if you wanted you could drop down to the
 version 1.0 of the specification.

 I would much rather all clients get to version 2.0 as soon as possible
 however, as the less v1 tiles that exist in the wild the better for
 everyone as the standard was very loose in that original specification.
