 I'd propose retiring this terminology, since different sources disagree on
 what the definition of the "Right-Hand Rule" is.  Rather than argue about
 which definition is "right" it seems more clear to replace
 ST_ForceRHR/ST_ForceLHR with ST_ForceCW/ST_ForceCCW or something along
 those lines.
