 Well I created an account postgis-git-synch  and created a folder
 /postgis-git-synch that has the stuff synched.

 I think I got stuck at that point.  e.g. having it synch without me typing
 in my passwords.  I forget whether it was github or gitlab but I think I
 have one using ssh keys I had created for the account and registered those
 keys under my account.  Let me check where I left off with that.

 After that I guess just need to set it up as service.  Not sure how to do
 that in debian.
