 When [https://github.com/larsop/resolve-overlap-and-
 gap/commit/d6eccb1c5bd7a1345a81eea65707bb179eab6355] testing with bigger
 blocking area and also use this area blocking more rows in edge and face
 tables, I had case where I got no deadlocks , but still got cases where
 st_getFaceGeometry was null.
