 I created a separate project at pramsey's suggestion that will be sued for
 doing more intensive tests and tests against real data.

 Project is here - https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/postgis/postgis-performance

 I settled on using pgTap because Vicky likes it and uses it for pgRouting
 so I thought I should know how to use it.
