 The triggering event was me translating some strings in
 https://weblate.osgeo.org/projects/postgis/extras_historytablexml/it/ so
 completely unrelated to the
 https://weblate.osgeo.org/projects/postgis/reference_lrsxml/it/ file which
 is instead changed by the above commit
