Comment:

 I'm reopening because we have the same problem with release 3.3.6 -- in
 this case things are worse in that the .md5 file in download.osgeo.org
 doesn't match any tarball (neither the one on osgeo.org nor the one on
 postgis.net) -- 3.2.7 is fine
