 The mindistance-no-construct-point branch was now merged into the master
 branch with commit [290fffd11dac294431056e6d152098ac0afe60de/git] with
 regress tests.

 I did not analyze the topology_test_02.sql test yet but if as you report
 it was succeeding with the GEOS-implemented min distance and it is failing
 with the PostGIS version of it then it is not expected I guess.
